GenusDelivery

This is a ‘plug-in’ for the PDA System which gives you the ability to set up jobs/orders and instructions and send them to a remote device so that people can work on the road/in the car/lorry etc. An accompanying bespoke website is set up, with the following functionality • Set up delivery notes in line with a customer’s requirements (taken over the phone or via email etc) in the office • Assign these notes to a specific driver (in a specific vehicle) using the application • Send the notes to the drivers remote devices automatically • See the results after the driver has processed the delivery and sent the processed note back The remote device utilises GenusPDA and gives the user the ability to work with/on the data remotely and then send it back to the network as required. The user can • Automatically receive new delivery notes • Process the delivery notes • Capture the client signature It then automatically sends the processed notes back to the network
